We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Shop Crew Members. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving ice cream products, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere in our shop.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering inquiries about menu items.
Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream treats, desserts, and beverages following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Operate ice cream machines, dispensers, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving and dining areas, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and floors.
Restock inventory and supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock levels throughout the shift.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Follow health and safety protocols and adhere to food handling regulations.
