Description
We are expanding our team in Dubai and Sharjah and are looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join us as Hypermarket Staff. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering the best shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and provide receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, including aisles, checkout areas, and storage rooms.
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, promotions, and store policies.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying products.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
