Description
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
Restock shelves and ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Assist in the setup of promotional displays and signage.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills for inventory and sales processing.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
