Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interviews.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees.
Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts and policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Previous experience in HR software and systems.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
