Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection of qualified candidates.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including performance management, training and development, and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry standards, and provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related matters.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, payroll processing, and benefits enrollment.
Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify HR needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
