Description
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, off-boarding, career development, learning, internal mobility, and adherence to internal policies.
Coordinate with P&C functions such as recruitment, compensation, and benefits to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery.
Contribute to the local deployment of reward programs, evaluate their success, and provide compensation guidance to local management.
Assist in implementing P&C policies, programs, and initiatives at the country level, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
Handle employee relations matters and performance management in collaboration with management.
Provide support in P&C reporting and analytics, generating insights for continuous improvement in processes and practices.
Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and recommending necessary adjustments to P&C practices.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs), Global Business Partners, and local specialists to deploy People & Culture initiatives effectively.
