Charterhouse is currently working with an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a HR Advisor to join their Office in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has experience working in Legal, Professional or Financial Services, looking to grow their career within Human Resources.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including the onboarding process, induction of new joiners, preparation of employment letters and induction training.

This role will work closely with and report to the HR Manager, to develop policies and procedures, contribute to employee engagement, and oversee HR operations. In addition, this role will assist with Learning and Development initiatives for employees across the Middle East. This is a varied position that offers the chance to evolve in HR, taking on more responsibilities over time, therefore our client is seeking professional and passionate individuals, who are eager to grow.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must already have experience working in the UAE with excellent knowledge of the current labour law. The candidate will have a career history, preferable within a Law Firm or Professional Services. It is desirable by our client that the applicant already has some exposure in HR with a qualification in this field.

The ideal candidate will be determined and a strong decision maker, with excellent team working skills and the ability to work well independently. Excellent time management and organisational skills are crucial for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are required.
