Housekeeping Supervisor

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the facility, providing excellent service to guests and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to improve performance.
Address guest complaints and special requests in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
