Join our team as a Housekeeping Manager in Dubai and oversee our housekeeping operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our hotel.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, laundry services, and public area maintenance.
Recruit, train, and mentor housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, inspection routines, and quality control measures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
