About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. If you take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms according to standards.
Replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
Vacuum, mop, and dust to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and cleaning materials.
Handle guest requests promptly and courteously.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to management.
Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, including proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift/move moderate loads.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
