Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities.
Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors.
Empty trash and replace wastebasket liners.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, drinking glasses, and stationery.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping supervisor.
Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness of public areas as assigned.
Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting heavy items.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
