Job Title: Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers/Room Attendants. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities as needed.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
Replenish supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and tea.
Inspect rooms for damage or maintenance issues and report any findings to the appropriate department.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
