(1) FRONT OF THE HOUSE STAFF
Front-of-the-house hotel staff work directly with hotel guests and serve as the face of a hotel. These staff members handle daily operational duties for the hotel, including making reservations, checking guests in and out and handling guest questions.
Front of the house jobs include:
Concierge
Front desk supervisor
Reservations Agent
(2) HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Hotel housekeeping staff are responsible for keeping the hotel clean and safe for guests. Housekeepers also replenish in-room mini-bars and coffee bars. A housekeeper’s salary is a combination of their hourly wage and customer tips.

(3) HOTEL KITCHEN STAFF
