Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Rooms Operation Manager to lead the rooms division of our hotel in Dubai. As the Rooms Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office, housekeeping, and reservations departments, ensuring the seamless operation of all guest rooms and public areas. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences will contribute to the success of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the front office, housekeeping, and reservations teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
Monitor and maintain room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing department to develop and implement room promotions and pricing strategies.
Train and develop staff to provide personalized and professional guest service.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
Oversee housekeeping operations to maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards in all guest rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to address any maintenance or repair needs in guest rooms and common areas.
Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Develop and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to rooms operations and guest services.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and health regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Hotel Rooms Operation Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hotel industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, reservations systems, and housekeeping procedures.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Understanding of local and international hotel industry trends and best practices.
Knowledge of Dubai’s hospitality market and regulations is an advantage.
