Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Hotel Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel menus and guest preferences.
Develop and update menus to reflect seasonal ingredients and guest trends.
Oversee kitchen operations, including managing staff, inventory, and equipment.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, ingredients, and supplies.
Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks and kitchen assistants.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints and special dietary requests effectively.
Manage kitchen costs and assist with budgeting and planning.
Stay current with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
