Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues to management as needed.
Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including setting up and clearing tables.
Promote special offers, events, and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Knowledge of reservation systems and point-of-sale (POS) software is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent.
