Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head Chef to lead our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite dishes, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
Develop and design new menus, ensuring variety and quality.
Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all food served.
Manage and train kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Control food costs and minimize waste.
Collaborate with management to create special event menus and seasonal offerings.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality and presentation.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
Exceptional culinary skills and a creative approach to menu planning.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
