Description

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide personalized assistance and support throughout their stay or visit.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including registration, room assignments, and payment processing.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate special requests and amenities for guests, such as room upgrades, transportation arrangements, and restaurant reservations.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, concierge, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and preferences using hotel management software.

Requirements:

Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
