Information Assistance: Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests to enhance service quality.
Requirements:

Proven experience in guest relations or a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
