Job Overview:

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay. Your interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering top-notch service will create memorable experiences for our esteemed guests.

Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and assist with the check-in process.
Provide personalized attention and assistance to guests throughout their stay.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure all special requests are met.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Offer information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events.
Arrange transportation and reservations for guests as needed.
Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and presentable.
Handle guest departure procedures and express genuine appreciation for their visit.
Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor at all times.
Strive to exceed guests’ expectations and resolve any issues to their satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is advantageous.
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Warm, friendly, and approachable personality.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Knowledge of local attractions and services in Dubai is beneficial.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
