Job Opportunity: Front Stage Agent for Hotel

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:-

Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional manner.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor at all times.

Requirements:-

Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in a hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel booking systems and check-in procedures.
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
