Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and professional Front Office Staff to join our hotel team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming and smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous service.
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
Manage reservations, cancellations, and room allocations using the hotel’s property management system.
Assist guests with luggage and special requests, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and local attractions.
Process guest payments, ensuring accuracy and handling cash, credit card, and other payment types.
Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are prepared for guests.
Maintain guest records and ensure all guest information is kept confidential.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or diploma in hospitality management is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
