Description

We are looking for a well-presented and courteous Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.

The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and provide administrative support to ensure a welcoming and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Handle daily administrative tasks and correspondence
Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office cleanliness
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred (Freshers are also welcome)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
