Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a professional atmosphere
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Provide information about the company, services, and policies to guests
Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
Ensure a high level of customer service and address any concerns promptly

Requirements:
Fresh graduate or high school diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus but not required
