Description
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you are an organized individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for customer service, we would love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and positive attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and clients.
Maintain the reception area in an orderly and presentable manner.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
We have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Customer service attitude with the ability to deal with clients professionally.
High school diploma or equivalent.
