Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries promptly and courteously.
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases accurately.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Provide information about the company’s services and facilities to visitors and callers.
Support other departments with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
