Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of front desk activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide service information, and resolve any issues.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the appearance of the front desk and lobby area.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Monitor and manage visitor access and maintain security protocols.
Provide information about local attractions, transportation, and services as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and front desk software.
Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and efficiency.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service, are a plus.
