Food Server / Waiter

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Servers/Waiters. As frontline staff in our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing them with menus and guiding them through the dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy in serving dishes and beverages.
Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages, offering detailed descriptions when necessary.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle any concerns, and promptly address any issues.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, maintaining a clean and tidy dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Knowledge of food and beverage pairings and menu items is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
