We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Food Court Supervisor to oversee the operations of our food court. As a Food Court Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience for shoppers by managing food vendors, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding high service standards. Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food court, including food vendors and dining areas.
Ensure that food vendors adhere to health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and food quality guidelines.
Train and onboard new food court staff, including servers, cooks, and cashier personnel.
Create work schedules for food court staff and manage staffing levels to meet customer demand.
Monitor food vendors’ performance and provide feedback and support as needed to maintain high standards.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and ingredients, and managing food waste.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive dining experience.
Assist with menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotions to attract and retain customers.
Conduct regular inspections of food vendor stalls and common dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Maintain and enforce food court policies and procedures, including sanitation and safety protocols.
Collaborate with food vendors to organize special events, promotions, or themed dining experiences.
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the food court area remains clean and well-maintained.
Manage food court budgets and financial records, including tracking revenue and expenses.
Prepare reports and provide updates to shopping center management on food court performance.
Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and food service regulations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among food court staff.
Stay informed about food trends, customer preferences, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Previous experience in food service management or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Knowledge of local food service regulations and permits is a plus.
