As a Food Court Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy delicious meals in a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
Take food orders accurately and enter them into the system.
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests according to food safety and quality standards.
Assist with food preparation, including cooking, grilling, and assembling dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized food court area, including tables, counters, and condiment stations.
Monitor food supplies and replenish them as needed.
Handle cash and process customer payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Answer customer questions about menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet food court operational goals.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setup and cleanup.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
