Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing outstanding service and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Monitor and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained, including clearing and resetting tables between guests.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas.
Follow health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
Assist with inventory management, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:

Previous experience in food and beverage service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is a plus.
