Must have experience in effective decision making, accounting, administration, human resources personnel management, contract administration and data processing.

Must also have good interpersonal skills and leadership ability, with proven track record in developing people, work and task planning, effective communication, cost effectiveness, team building, developing initiatives and excellent job knowledge.
