Job Opportunity: Floor Supervisor

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service and team management? Join our team in Dubai as a Floor Supervisor and oversee daily operations to ensure a high standard of service!

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff on the floor, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues promptly.
Ensure that the floor is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Assist in inventory management and ensure that all products are displayed correctly.
Collaborate with management to implement policies, procedures, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, staff performance, and other relevant metrics.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a floor supervisor or in a similar supervisory role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer issues with tact and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management or related fields are a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
