Fleet Supervisor – BIKE RIDERS

Description

We are looking for fleet supervisor who will be responsible for the maintenance of bikes/vehicles in order to keep deliveries and distributions on schedules. He will work closely with the Retail Team and coordinate for dispatch riders / drivers for deliveries and ensure the highest possible level of service to our customers.Management or supervision experience is required. Strong understanding of safety, culture and management. Must be able to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays. Responsible for prompt recovery of vehicles in the event of breakdown/accident. Must be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines. Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
