Key Responsibilities

· To receive and monitor the quality and freshness of seafood products.

· Ensure adequate storage space for all seafood products received into the warehouse.

Job Descriptions

· To ensure the seafood cases are well-stocked with high-quality seafood products for our customers.

· To receive, stock, cut, prepare, wrap, weigh, price, and attractively merchandise seafood department products.

· Responsible for proper inventory control and product rotation to maximize product freshness and availability, while minimizing waste.

· To clean, trim, slice, and section carcasses for future processing.

· To work with equipment like wrapping machines and knives.

The Successful Applicant

· The successful candidate must have 2 to 5 years’ seafood experience in Food Service/Seafood Distribution Company.

· Must have good knowledge of the seafood products & the different types of storage conditions, how to ensure maximum care is taken when handling products.

· It is essential that you hold a high secondary degree.

Salary: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
