Key Responsibilities:

Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for operational decisions.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance skills and performance.
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation is preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in financial management, preferably in [industry].
