Description
The field service coordinator organizes the activities of our service technicians that are working on site. As a field service coordinator, your job duties include dispatching personnel to the customer’s job site, communicating with clients, and providing guidance to the field service techs.
Job Duties
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, including notes on services performed and follow-up calls made to ensure satisfaction with results
• Coordinating with Customers to schedule maintenance or repair requests
• Coordinating with Field Technicians to schedule maintenance or repair requests
• Schedule and manage preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency calls while prioritizing the work as appropriate in any given day;
• Assist Field Service team to meet published baseline measurements and KPI’s;
• Following up with clients after service has been provided to ensure satisfaction with the service provided
• Preparing Quotes according to the needs of client companies
• Ensuring service-related information is correctly entered in the database
• Providing required Spare parts to technicians
• Accurately maintain, keep and file all service-related documentation
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of all processes within their job duties;
• Coordinating with clients to determine service requirements and scheduling appointments
• Other related duties as required by Management;
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Account Management/Administration experience
• Computer literate (Microsoft packages)
• Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a pro-active, can-do approach
• Results orientated
Desirable:
• Experienced Tally user
• Relevant experience in Account Management within a field service environmen
• A keen interest in technology .
