We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our airport’s Field Operations Service team. Field Operations Service personnel play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our airport’s airside and landside areas. Responsibilities:
Airside Operations:

Conduct runway and taxiway inspections to identify and report any issues, such as debris, foreign object debris (FOD), or damage.
Ensure compliance with airfield safety and security procedures.
Monitor aircraft movements and communicate with air traffic control to facilitate safe arrivals and departures.
Assist in aircraft parking and gate assignments.
Coordinate and support aircraft de-icing operations during inclement weather.
Respond to aircraft emergencies and assist in evacuations when necessary.
Perform airside safety checks and report any safety hazards.
Conduct wildlife control activities to minimize wildlife hazards to aircraft.
Participate in snow removal operations during winter weather.
Landside Operations:

Manage and direct ground transportation, including taxis, shuttles, and private vehicles.
Assist with curbside passenger drop-off and pick-up procedures.
Monitor and manage parking facilities, ensuring efficient use of parking spaces.
Coordinate with security personnel to maintain landside security and access control.
Respond to landside incidents and emergencies, including medical incidents and vehicle accidents.
Provide directions and assistance to passengers, visitors, and airport personnel.
Support emergency evacuation procedures and crowd control during emergencies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in airport operations or a related field is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of airport safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with airport-specific software and communication systems is an advantage.
