Female Reservation Agent

We are looking for a Female Reservation Agent to join our team at our hotel apartments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You will be responsible for making reservations, providing information about the hotel, assisting with guest check-in, and handling payments.

Responsibilities:

– Handling customer inquiries and reservations over the phone

– Processing payments and ensuring the accuracy of all bookings

– Updating records in the hotel database

– Ensuring availability of rooms and providing upgrades when applicable

– Assisting with check-in and check-out

– Answering questions about the hotel and surrounding area

Requirements:

– Excellent customer service skills

– Ability to multitask and stay organized

– Good computer skills

– Good communication skills

– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Salary: Negotiable
