Female Business Development Manager – Hindi Speaker

The ideal applicant should have a proven track record in financial field based sales and a passion for global financial markets.

Responsibilities:

· Identify, encourage, acquire, develop, and manage new clients and business opportunities to drive growth and revenue to SmartFX.

· You will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets, primarily achieved through cold calling, networking events, and assisting face-to-face pitches.

· Handling client inquiries and ensuring that high level services are provided.

· Support the clients in opening a live account, assist them in using the trading platform, and educate them on company’s trading products as well as deposit and withdrawal procedures.

· Assist in the onboarding of IB’s, white label, franchise and other company partners.

· Develop, execute, and manage the business development strategy.

· Implement strategic plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.

· Work and collaborate with the team to ensure KPIs are met.

· Keep up-to-date with the global financial market news on a daily basis.

· Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

· Pipeline management reporting – target list development, execution from prospect clients, to closing deals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Banking or related field.

· Previous experience in business development or sales within the forex market or other financial sectors is an advantage.

· Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills.

· Excellent networking skills.

· Ability to work under pressure.

· Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
