Position: Factory Associates

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full-time

Are you reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a dynamic production environment? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Factory Associates.

Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to established procedures
Assemble, pack, and label products according to production specifications
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed
Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to identify defects or discrepancies
Assist with inventory management, including counting, sorting, and organizing materials and products
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred but not required
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret production instructions
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
