Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate F&B staff activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant or F&B outlet
Train and mentor staff on service standards and product knowledge
Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Assist in menu planning, pricing, and inventory management
Implement and enforce health and safety standards
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for efficient operations
Requirements:

Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
