Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The F&B Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Ensure that all guests receive high-quality service and have an exceptional dining experience.
Oversee the setup and cleanliness of dining areas, bars, and service stations.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
Assist in menu planning, pricing, and promotional activities to drive revenue.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff rosters.
Conduct regular inspections of the dining areas and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
