Position: F&B Staff (Food & Beverage)

Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented F&B Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting in food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide assistance as needed.
Process payments and operate the POS system efficiently.
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
