Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food and Beverage (F&B) Staff to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure accuracy and quality of orders.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements:

Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Good teamwork and multitasking abilities.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
