Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Planner Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our team of event planners in executing successful events from start to finish. Responsibilities include:

Assisting with event planning and coordination tasks, such as venue selection, vendor communication, and timeline development
Managing RSVP lists, guest registrations, and event logistics
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Assisting with on-site event setup, including decor, signage, and equipment
Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests before, during, and after events
Conducting research on event trends, venues, and suppliers to support event planning efforts
Handling administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork, preparing invoices, and managing budgets
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software/tools
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
