Job Opportunity: Event Logistics Coordinator

Requirements:

Previous experience in event planning, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment and event technology.
Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.
Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
