Roles & Responsibilities
· Preparing presentation drawings, coordination with RCP, Architectural & Structural

· Preparing design drawings & details (single-line, schematic & isometric drawings)

· Maintain a master list of all drawings including revision numbers approval status of drawings

· Custodian of hard and soft copies of drawings

· Preparing As built drawings and check as built drawings submitted by the Contractor

· Assist Project Team in preparation of drawings/details related to Variations, Request for Information etc.

· Preparing load distribution schedule

OTHER SKILLS

· Excellent communication skills both, written and oral

· Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

· Computer literate

· Team player

· Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented

· Able to function in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Diploma in MEP (Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equal)

· Diploma in AutoCAD/ Revit and any other drafting software

· Good command in MEP drafting and coordination

· Good command in English (written and spoken)

· 5 years’ total experience including a minimum 3 years UAE experience

· Experience working for a consultant is an advantage
