Job Title: Delivery Boy

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Boy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers’ locations following assigned routes.
Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to the appropriate authorities.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.

Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery or related field is preferred.
Familiarity with local streets and routes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
