Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Deli Counter Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers at the deli counter, offering a variety of fresh and high-quality deli products. The Deli Counter Staff will assist customers with their orders, handle food preparation, and ensure a clean and organized deli area.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting deli products
Prepare and serve sandwiches, salads, and other deli items according to customer preferences
Maintain a clean and sanitized deli counter and work area
Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed
Handle cash transactions and operate the register accurately
Provide product information and recommendations to customers
Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:
Previous experience in a deli or food service setting is preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
